| 4.Q: How to packing about you products? |
| A: For the mental rack, we will knock down packing with plastic bag inside and with |
| carton outside. For the wooden rack and glass showcase we will packing by wooden |
| case.All the goods we will packing well. It’s safe for long-distance transportation |
| 5.Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control? |
| A: Quality is priority. we always pay great importance to quality controlling from the |
| very beginning to the finishing. |

| list, is custom size available? |

| A: 4-5 weeks against formal order and deposit. |
